尖锐湿疣（CA）是最常见的性传播疾病之一,临床上传统治疗方法较多,尚无一种方法可以彻底根除人乳头瘤病毒,因此,复发率较高。5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）是一种高度选择性的新治疗技术,可以有效减少CA复发率,且患者耐受性好、依从性高。笔者对ALA-PDT的作用机制、ALA-PDT单纯治疗及联合传统物理治疗CA进行综述。

Condyloma accuminatum （CA） is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases Clinically, there are many traditional ways to treat it, but none can completely cure human papilloma virus （HPV）, so it has a high recurrence rate. 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） is a highly selective new treatment technology. It can not only effectively reduce the relapse rate of CA, also the patients will have a good tolerance high compliance to it. The author reviews the mechanism of ALA-PDT, the simple treatment of ALA-PDT and its com-bined treatment with traditional physical therapy in treating CA.
