通过10组超高强混凝土棱柱体单轴受压试验,得到了其应力-应变关系,分析了弹性模量、横向变形系数、峰值应力与峰值应变等基本力学性能指标,探讨了砂率、水胶比、钢纤维和材料组成与用量等对超高强混凝土基本力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:在胶凝材料总量不变的情况下,减少水泥用量而相应增大粉煤灰用量,混凝土的流动性及抗压强度得到改善;减少胶凝材料用量可大幅度降低混凝土成本,对强度没有特别不利的影响,但混凝土流动性降低较多。
Through compression strength experiments of ten groups of super high strength concrete (SHSC) prism specimens, the stress-strain relationships of SHSC were studied.The basic mechanical parameters, such as Young' s modulus, Poisson ratio, and peak stress and strain were obtained through analyzing of test dates.Then, the influence rules of sand ratio, water-binder ratio, steel fiber, components and qualities of materials on mechanical performances of SHSC were researched.Results showed that if the quality of binders was constant, decreasing cement quality or in- creasing fly ash quality could improve fluidity and compression strength.Decreasing binder quality could reduce concrete costs and had no unfavorable influence on compression strength, but the fluidness decreased rapidly.
