以GH2901高温合金为研究对象,通过实验测定了其在500℃下,730MPa和850MPa的恒定单轴拉伸力作用下的蠕变应变与时间的关系曲线。然后基于该曲线采用组合时间强化蠕变本构方程对其进行函数拟合,并获得相应的蠕变本构方程。通过该方程采用蠕变有限元计算和疲劳寿命的计算,获得了该合金的应变规律及使用寿命情况。分析结果表明:该合金在500℃,730MPa恒定应力作用10h,蠕变应变值为0.002553-0.010767,总应变值为0.0027544-0.012411。该数据表明,率无关应变值(弹性应变加率无关塑性应变)相对于蠕变应变值(率相关塑性应变)来说非常微小,约为其1/10。
It is researched properties of GH2901 superalloy. The curves of creep strain and time have been tes- ted with constant uniaxial stresses of 730 MPa and 850 MPa with 500 ℃ separately. After that, the corresponding creep constitutive equations have been obtained by function fitting with combined time hardening constitutive type. The strain regularity and life have also been calculated by FEM calculation with fitted creep equation as input parame- ter. The result shows that: the distributions of total strain and creep strain are from 0. 002553 to 0. 010767 and 0. 0027544 to 0. 012411 with 730 MPa constant uniaxial stress at 500 ℃ for 10 hours. It is also indicated that compared with creep strain (rate-dependent), the elastic and rate-independent plastic strain (rate-independent) are very small, and the ratio is about 0. 1.
