工业污泥的水泥化处置是一种环保高效的技术手段,在无害化、减量化和资源化3个方面具有显著优势。基于该处置技术的工艺流程,从工业污泥的运输、接收、贮存、预处理,以及水泥化处置方式和环保要求等方面进行了技术探讨;分析并试验研究了工业污泥掺烧水泥的性能特点,提出了协同处置存在的主要问题,可为该处置技术的工程化应用提供借鉴。
The sludge treatment of industrial sludge is an environmentally friendly and efficient technical means, which has significant benefits in three aspects: harmless, reduction and resource utilization. Based on the disposal technology, the paper discusses the transportation, receiving, storage, pretreatment, cementing disposal and environmental protection requirements of industrial sludge. The paper has analyzed and studied the effects of industrial sludge performance characteristics, and finally has put forward the main problems of co-disposal, which could provide reference for the engineering application of this disposal technology.
