The researches on the organizational behavior modeling and computational experiments of social management under network environments are reviewed from the following aspects： social management under network environments,modeling of the organizational behavior and its impact, computational experiments of social system, exploratory analysis and optimization design of social systems. Based on the review, prospective research directions are proposed： structure framework and running mechanism of social management under network environments, network group behavior analysis and influence modeling, game mechanism of social management, computational experiments of social management based on agents, and exploratory analysis and evaluation of social management policies based on computational experiments.
