The existing forest right information management system only support the spatial information and attribute information query, management and analysis. Organizes and manages forest spatial location, attribute information, time information based on GIS, constructs object oriented spatio temporal data model, and on the basis of temporal spatial data organization, builds database of forest right change to support the history information management, query and other operations. Taking the Guangxi Wuzhou forest right reformation data as data source, through the temporal GIS on forest right to change the information analysis, realizes graphics ＆ attribute information integration storage and management analysis to make the query of spatial and temporal easy, in favor of forest right further reformation.
