测量了Nd3+:NaYF4玻璃陶瓷的吸收光谱,根据能量传递理论,计算了Nd3+-Nd3+间的能量迁移几率和能量转移几率以及能量传递的微观和宏观参数。结果显示:Nd3+-Nd3+间的能量迁移几率在能量传递几率中占主导作用。随着Nd3+-Nd3+间的距离不断减小,能量传递的微观参数变化不明显,而对于扩散模型和跃迁模型下的能量传递宏观参数,其值随掺杂浓度的增大而增大。
The absorption spectra of Nd3+: NaYF4 glass ceramic were measured. According to the theory of energy transfer,the transfer rate,the transfer migration rate,microcosmic and macroscopic parameters of energy transfer were calculated,respectively. The results indicated the migration rate was dominant during the transfer process.The microcosmic parameters of energy transfer were without obvious changed with the reduction of ion spacing.With increasing doping concentration,the macroscopic parameters of energy transfer were increased by the diffusion model and hopping model.
