外科医学微创手术已进入3D时代,其在临床工作中广泛运用。在教学中的应用可以更加形象立体地展示胸腔内的解剖结构和病理变化,减少了时间、空间以及医疗环境对教学的限制,使学生更易理解和掌握教学内容。通过初步研究发现3D胸腔镜技术的应用,提高了胸心外科教学的效率与质量,值得在教学中尝试。
Minimally invasive surgery is going into the three-dimensional(3D) period,and it is widely used in clinic work. In the use of surgery teaching, we can show a vivid and tridimensional anatomy and pathology change of thoracic. Besides, it decrease the limit of time,space and medical environment to teaching, so students could more easily understand and grasp the teaching content. Preliminary restdts show that the use of 3D technology improves the efficiency and quality of cardiothoracic teaching , and it is worth popularizing in the teaching.
