综述了近年来国内外CuInS2量子点的合成方法以及CuInS2敏化太阳能电池的研究进展。采用绿色环保的溶剂油相合成CuInS2量子点是目前常用的制备方法,合成的量子点尺寸可调、尺度均匀。利用量子点溶液“非原位”和前驱体溶液“原位”法非真空条件制备CuInS2敏化光阳极,通过改善量子点与氧化物半导体界面的特性实现电池性能的改善。最后,结合现有问题提出了CuInS2敏化太阳能电池今后的研究方向。
The preparation methods of CulnS2 quantum dots and recent research process of CuInS2 sensitized solar cell are reviewed. It is common method for preparation of CuInS2 quantum dots with environmentally friendly solvent in oil system. The size and scale of synthesized quantum dots may be selected. CuInS2 sensitized electrode can be fabricated with "ex situ" of quantum dots solution and "in situ" of precursor solution under non-vacuum condition. The cells performance will be ameliorated by improving interface features of quantum dots and oxide semiconductor. At last, the present problems and research direction of CuInS2 sensitized solar cell in the future are also described.
