采用变分法求解金属横向流动,得到了考虑金属横向位移的张力分布,结合影响函数法计算辊系弯曲变形,开发了热轧带钢板凸度计算程序。通过模拟计算,得到工作辊挠度、轧制压力、压扁以及出口板厚随工作辊直径的变化规律。工作辊直径的增加虽然有利于提高横向刚度、改善板凸度,但却减小了弯辊力对板凸度的调控范围。该文采用加权的方法,将这种矛盾的因素加以统一,为工作辊直径优化提供了理论依据。通过对比某1250轧线F5机架的模拟结果,优化后的工作辊直径更有利于带钢板形的在线控制。
By using variational method to solve the metal lateral flow and tension distribution,combining influential function method to calculate roll deflection,the calculation program of strip crown was developed.The effects of the work roll diameter on the work roll deflection,rolling force,work roll flatting and outlet thickness were obtained by simulation.It shows that increase of work roll diameter is beneficial to the lateral stiffness and strip crown,but will reduce the control range of bending force for the strip crown.The weight method was employed to unify the two contradict factors,providing theoretical basis for the optimization of work roll diameter.By comparing the simulation results of F5 stand in a 1250 hot rolling line,the optimized work roll diameter is more favorable for the on-line shape control.
