XU Guozhen, received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Dalian University of Technology, China, in 2010. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems & Networks, School of EECS, Peking University. His research interests include energy efficient network and massive MIMO. LIU An, received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from Peking University, China, in 2004 and 2011. He is currently doing his post-doctor felIowship at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include wireless communication and information theory. JIANG Wei. received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from Peking University in 1997 and 2003, respectively. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University.
