本文从企业文化不易被改变的刚性特征出发,运用实证研究的方法,分析其对企业战略调整的影响性。研究表明,企业文化的刚性特征与企业战略的持久性和企业进行战略调整所遇到的阻力之间存在显著的正相关关系。同时,企业文化三个层次的刚性特征对于企业战略调整发生的层次性具有较强的预测性。
Based on the unchangeable rigidity character of corporate culture, this paper makes an empirical study on corporate culture rigidity and strategy adjustment. The results show that there is a notable interrelation between corporate culture rigidity character and the factors of corporate strategy adjustment. The three-level characters of corporate culture rigidity have an obvious predict on the patterns of organizational management in corporate strategy adjustment.
