以美国苹果公司引领国际化全产业链创新网络为例,从产品全生命周期角度分析全产业链从变革型的研发平台设计、关键模块创新、装配过程创新,到营销服务创新的四阶段创新过程,从企业之间及其与消费者之间关系的角度分析全产业链的三维度创新模式——组织结构创新、商业模式创新、生态环境创新。在此基础上,进一步从组织结构创新维度出发,论述全产业链创新在国际顶尖企业之间以网络化组织结构展开的运行机理和类型,并运用社会网络分析方法进一步揭示苹果公司引领的国际化的全产业链创新网络不断取得新突破的原因,以为中国国际化企业的技术跨越和产业升级转型提供借鉴。
Taking the international innovation networks of the whole industry chain such as the Apple iphone as an example. We analyses the whole industry chain which is from four stages innovation progress that is the trans- formational R&D, key module innovation, assembly progress innovation, and marketing service innovation from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the production, and the three dimensional innovation model: organiza- tion structure innovation, business model innovation and ecological environment innovation from the perspective of the relationship between enterprises and consumers. On that basis, discussing the necessity and advancement of the innovation of the whole industry chain by developing the networked organization structure among the interna- tional top enterprises, and the use of a social network analysis method to reveal the reasons of the new break- through made by Apple who lead the international industrial chain innovation network provided the reference of the technological leapfrogging and industrial upgrading transformation for Chinese international enterprise
