为研究水口部分堵塞和磁场对板坯连铸结晶器流场以及夹杂物去除的影响,引入滑板控流模拟水口部分堵塞现象,通过商业软件FLUENT进行结晶器流场的三维数值仿真计算。计算结果显示:未施加磁场时,滑板开启80%时,非金属夹杂物颗粒的去除率最高;加入磁场后,结晶器内钢液流态和夹杂物去除率发生改变;在自由液面下350mm处施加一静磁场,能提高细小非金属夹杂物颗粒的去除率,此时滑板开启率的变化和磁场大小的改变对夹杂物颗粒去除的影响较小。
In order to study nozzle partial clog and its effects on slab mould flow and inclusion removal of magnetic field,a 3D numerical simulation was employed with commercial software FLUENT.And slide gate control flow was introduced to simulate partial clog in the SEN as well.The computing result shows that the removal of nonmetallic particle inclusion is the highest without magnetic field when the open rate of slide gate is 80%;while with magnetic field,flow pattern and inclusion removal rate will change.Applying a static magnetic field under 350mm of free surface can increase the removal rate of fine nonmetallic inclusion particle.Changes of slide open rate and magnetic field can slightly influence the inclusion particle removal rate.
