In English news listening, we can here the latest news.Listening to it often not only can improve the students＇listening ability, but also can broaden the students＇horizon.But there are many difficulties in the students＇listening process. In this thesis the author tries to discuss the difficulties the students meet and gives some suggestions to the teachers and the students.
