充填开采正成为煤矿开采的发展方向之一,为配制出能长距离输送、足量充填、低成本、高强度的充填料浆,就粉煤灰对充填料浆流动性的影响进行了定量研究。借助室内试验,通过工程、数理、异方差性、自相关性等一系列的检验及相应修正,得出了粉煤灰掺量对充填料浆流动性影响的数量表达式。依据该式,可以通过改变粉煤灰的量来改善充填料浆的流动性,对现有料浆进行优化,有效地降低充填成本,从而满足煤矿长距离充填的要求,缓解开采过程中的采充相互干扰,使充填开采在煤矿开采过程中得到更好的应用。
As filling mining becoming one of the development directions of coal mining,the influence of fly ash on slurry liquidity was quantitatively studied,so as to prepare filling slurry which can be transported long distance,and be filled adequately with low cost and high strength.By means of indoor tests,aquantitative expression about the influence of fly ash on slurry liquidity was obtained,through a series of testing and corresponding correcting on project,mathematics,time-varying volatility and autocorrelation.According to this formula,the liquidity of filling slurry can be improved by changing dosage of fly ash.Thus,optimizing present filling slurry and lowering the cost of filling effectively can satisfy the needs of long distance filling,and ease mutual interference between mining and backfill,which made a better application of coal backfill mining.
