针对射电望远镜FAST主动反射面促动器所需运动速度范围宽、驱动力大的工况,在对电机、传动方式分析比较和前期试验结果的基础上,提出了变频器、电机、蜗轮蜗杆、滚珠丝杠传动的促动器设计方案。然后依据该方案选择电机并对蜗轮蜗杆、滚珠丝杠的结构尺寸、各项性能进行了优化设计及校核。最后通过在ADAMS中建立的三维模型,对促动器进行了电机功率、运行速度的仿真分析,结果表明,促动器方案设计参数满足设计要求。工作为FAST工程促动器样机研制提供了一种借鉴。
Considering the special working condition of actuator of radio telescope FAST's active reflector with wide velocity and large driving force,an actuator transmission scheme of variable-frequency motor,worm gear and ball screw is proposed basing on comparison and preliminary results in motor and transmission mode.Then,selecting the motor,optimizing structure size and checking the properties of worm gear and ball screw.Finally,simulating the motor power and speed of actuator through three-dimensional model established in ADAMS,and the result shows that actuator performances meet design requirements,which provides a reference for prototype design of FAST project's actuator.
