面板堆石坝以其独特的优越性在我国得到了广泛应用,但其病害率偏高,致命病害体现在防渗体系破坏引发大坝渗漏,这对大坝的检查及加固处理带来一定困难.大坝长期变形是引起防渗体系破坏并直接导致超常规渗漏量的根源,放空水库并对防渗体系进行修补加固可有效地减少渗漏,保证大坝安全.放空系数是衡量面板坝放空能力的一个定量指标,但面板坝设计规范中并没有给出一个设计依据,现有工程对其取值并不统一.结合工程实例,论证了各种泄水建筑物的协同放空流程,说明增加低位泄水建筑物很有必要,改进了放空建筑物布置,如结合导流洞设置前期放空钢管,提高了放空能力.

英文摘要:

CFRD construction has developed rapidly in China due to its unique advantages. However its high disease ratio, which causing un-conventional leakage because of the failure of anti-seepage system, makes it difficult to inspect and reinforce the dam. The root of causing the failure of anti-seepage system, which lead directly to unconventional leakage, is the long- ter^n defor^nation of dams, emptying reser^^oir to re-habilitate the anti-seepage system is effective for decreasing lekage, which makes the dam safe. Emptying coefficient is a quantitative index that measures the emptying capacity of CFRDs, but according to the CFRD design code, it is empty in design basis, and the building-up CFRDs’ values about it are not unitary. Combining with engineering examples to demonstrate that emptying reservoir cooperatively by all kinds of outlet structures, which shows us that adding low-location outlet structures is quiet necessary, such as combining diversion tunnel with earlier-stage emptying steel pipe, which increases the emptying capacity.
