近年来，在新区域主义研究中，逐渐出现沿用尺度和尺度重组的视角，以探讨全球化和国家空间生产以及治理之间的关联。为充分理解当前所发生的大规模尺度重组及其理论渊源，文章勾勒了新区域主义和空间政治经济学相关研究者的论述，认为区域尺度重组是全球生产方式转变和国家地域重构相互作用的产物，其实质是国家为提高经济竞争力和积累财富，利用尺度和治理调整而进行的一种空间生产策略。而尺度重组又是一个空间权力调整与社会建构的动态过程，再地域化的形式体现了多重尺度套叠和“尺度政治”特性，并充满了不确定性和争议。最后，文章讨论了当前中国在尺度重组过程中宜采取的思路。

英文摘要：

The concept of scale and rescaling has been applied gradually in researches and discussions of the New Regionalism in recent years in order to probe into the relationship between globalization and production and governance of states. For reader＇s better understanding of current large scale rescaling and the theory origin of it, this paper sums up some expositions of scholars, who are making related research into New Regionalism and Spatial Political Economy. And it holds the idea that rescaling is a result of interaction between global production mode change and national restructuring of regions. The essence of rescaling is that in order to improve economic competitiveness and accumulate wealth, the government performs a spatial production strategy by adjusting scale and governance. Furthermore, the rescaling is indefinite and controversial. It is a dynamic process of adjustment of spatial power and social construction. And its features of multi-scale nestedness and scale politics are embodied by its form of reterritorialisation. At the end, the author puts forward some ideas of rescaling that acts in accordance with current China.
