西安交通大学管理学院西安710049摘要当今组织生存环境的不确定性不断增加,组织个体成员常会身陷"意义的缺失"状态,这时最需领导通过"意义给赋"来对组织成员进行更好的指引。为了建构基于和谐管理理论的领导意义给赋系统,本研究以教师对管理类课程的课堂组织与管理过程为例,通过对学生进行问卷调查以及对授课教师教学笔记的研究,对教师在教学中的"意义给赋"过程进行了深度的挖掘和分析,最终建构了"基于和谐管理理论的教师课堂授课的意义给赋系统模型",为深入研究教师课堂授课的"意义给赋"过程提供了模板,也为建构企业领导的意义给赋系统做了良好的铺垫与初步的探索。
Nowadays,the uncertainty of the environment which organizations live is rising,individual members often caught in "the lack of meaning" state,it is most in need that leaders offer better guidelines to their members of the organization through "sensegiving".In order to construct sensegiving system of leader based on HeXie management theory,here we study the process as an example,which is a teacher organizing and administrating the management courses.Through a research on questionnaire survey of students and on instructor's teaching notes ,mining and analysis the sensegiving process of teaching ,this study ultimately build a sensegiving system model based on harmony management theory for classroom teaching .This article not only provides a template for in-depth study of "sensegiving" process in classroom teaching,but also make a better bedding and preliminary exploration to the construction of business leaders’ sensegiving system.
