为研究栉孔扇贝多倍体D型幼虫阶段的生长状况,建立3个实验组:普通二倍体组、细胞松弛素B(CB)诱导的三倍体诱导组和四倍体诱导组。经过前14天的生长比较发现,3个组的平均壳长并无显著性差别,分别为130.3μm、131.2μm、132.1μm,3组幼虫的成活率依次递减,分别为40.39%、34.78%、29.78%。
Three experimental groups were designed (diploid group, triploid group and tetraploid group through the inducement of cytochalasin B) to research the growth of D larva in Zhikong scallop. Comparison of the growth during the first two weeks showed no significant difference on the average length of carapace among the three groups with 130.3 μm, 131.2μm, 132.1μm respectively, but the survival rates of three groups were decreasing in turn of 40.39%, 34.78%, 29.78%.
