根据呼吸对心冲击信号的调制作用,提出一种基于坐姿心冲击信号的呼吸率实对检测方法。通过分析不同呼吸状态下心冲击信号的时域振幅及频域成分的变化,确定了呼吸对心冲击成分的调制作用,并采用改进的J波检测算法定位实测信号中的W形组合波,对J波和K波进行重新采样,最终使用平滑滤波器恢复呼吸波形,并计算曲呼吸率。为了验证算法的可行性和准确性,应用小波分析方法进行定性对比实验,并同步采集鼻热敏呼吸信号进行定量统计。实验结果表明,所提方法可以从心冲击信号中较为准确的检测出呼吸率,为多生理参数的无感觉同步监测做了有益的尝试。
Based on the fact that the respiratory component modulated the ballistocardiogram signal, a method was proposed which detected respiratory rate real-time from the sitting ballistocardiograph signal. Through analyzing the change of time-domain amplitude and spectrum of BCG signal under different respiration statuses, the modulation effect was determined. Then the W complex component of measured signal was located with improved adaptive J wave detection algorithm, the J and K wave was resampled, the time-domain waveform was resumed, and the respiratory rate was calculated at last. In' order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of this method, wavelet transform and nasal thermistor signal were applied to compare qualitatively and quantitatively. The simulation results show that the proposed method can detect the respiratory rate from BCG signal more accurately, which provides meaningful attempt for monitoring the multiple physiological parameters synchronously and unconsciously.
