This paper discussed the necessary condition of the existence of positive solu tions for the following elliptic problem Δu＋u^p＋u^q＋f（x）=0,x∈R^n.Necessary conditions and a priori estimates were obtained. Moreover, some sufficient conditions for the nonexistenee of positive solutions were obtained.
