齿轮传动系统是应用最广的运动或动力传递装置,如车辆、机械、航空、航天、冶金、电力、煤炭、石化、核能等许多行业中的关键机械设备。一旦发生故障就将引起机械设备失效。如果对其提前进行诊断就可以有效地避免意外事故发生,消除续发损坏,节约大量维护费用。针对近年来国内外学者在齿轮传动系统故障诊断技术领域的研究成果,重点阐述了其故障特征提取和模式识别方法的研究现状,并对进一步的研究问题进行了展望。
The gear transmission system is the most widely used motion or power transmission device,such as vehicles,machinery,aviation,aerospace,metallurgy,electric power,coal,petrochemical,nuclear energy and many other key mechanical equipment in the industry. The fault of gear transmission system will cause mechanical equipment failure. If the diagnosis can be carried out in advance,it is effective to avoid the occurrence of accidents,eliminate the continued damage,save a lot of maintenance costs. In view of the research results in the field of fault diagnosis technology of the gear transmission system,focusing on the research status of the fault feature extraction and mode recognition method,and the problems to be further study is given.
