无模铸造精密成形无需传统木模,根据铸件结构将铸型剖分为多个砂型单元,在数字化无模铸造精密成形机切削加工各砂型单元后,组装成最终铸型。针对砂型单元间的组装方式,设计了四种不同砂型坎合组装结构,并通过数值模拟与实验研究相结合的方法,对四种砂型坎合组装结构进行深入研究,得知砂型坎合方式为圆台结构时砂型组装强度最高。设计圆台结构不同倾斜角坎合方案:10°、15°、20°、25°、30°,通过理论分析和实验研究得知:倾斜角为10°时砂型组装强度最高,故圆台倾斜角10°时坎合结构最优。
Based on digital precision forming method without pattern casting, which is by dividing sand mold into multiple units according to its structure, then cutting the unit with digital precision forming technology without pattern casting, and assembling the units to the final sand mold. To obtain the best assembly method, four different concavo-convex concerted structures were designed. And the cone structure tilt angle with 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° were numerically simulated and experimentally researched. The results show that cone structure is with the best strength of assembled sand mold units, and the cone structure with 10° tilt angle is the best concavo-convex concerted structure.
