盐敏感性高血压(SSHT)在高血压人群中普遍存在,积极降低盐敏感性及治疗SSHT对高血压的防治具有重要的现实意义.以往研究表明,SSHT人群中存在肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)的异常激活以及胰岛素抵抗(IR),阻滞RAS除了降低SSHT患者的血压,还可以降低其IR程度;而降低IR又可不同程度地降低SSHT患者的血压,提示RAS、IR与SSHT密切相关.然而,以往对三者间的关系研究多局限于其中两者,如RAS与SSHT的关系,以及IR与SSHT的关系,但对三者之间的关系认识较少.该文对RAS、IR以及SSHT多个环节的联系进行综述.
The salt-sensitive hypertension (SSHT) is widely existed in the hypertension population, and actively lowering the salt sensitivity and treating SSHT has important practical significance for the prevention and treatment of HTN. Previous studies have shown that for the SSHT patients, abnormal activation of the renin-angiotensin system(RAS) as well as insulin resistance (IR)exist, and blocking RAS not only reduces blood pressure of SSHT patients, but also reduces the IR degree;while reducing IR can decrease blood pres- sure of the SSHT patients, which indicates that RAS, IR and SSHT are closely related. However, the previous studies are mostly limited to the relationship between two of the three factors, such as RAS and SSHT, IR and SSHT,little understanding has been acquired regarding to the relationship of the three. Here is to make a review mainly focusing on multiple links of RAS, IR and SSHT.
