从隧道结两种通用的基本理论出发,从材料选取的角度详细介绍了磁性隧道结不同的中间层和铁磁层材料的研究成果,揭示了材料选取对隧道结磁电阻的重要影响,并对其发展和应用前景进行了展望。
Tunneling junctions are becoming one of the popuiar research fields in materials and physics due to the potential applications. In this paper, based on the theory of the tunneling junctions, the recent research results of the barrier and ferromagnetic layer are introduced and the influence of the selection of materials on the magnetic tunneling junction is deduced. The prospects for the tunneling junction are also discussed.
