设计合成了2种尚未见文献报道的N-芳基-N^-′(2-乙酰氧基苯甲酰基)硫脲类衍生物受体5a和5b.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了其在DMSO及DMSO/H2O溶液中与F^-,Cl-,Br^-,I^-,Ac^-,H2PO4^-,HSO4^-,ClO4-等阴离子客体的识别作用.结果表明,5a和5b都能对F^-,Ac^-和H2PO4^-有识别效果,但当向5b中加入这3种阴离子后,溶液颜色均由无色变为亮黄色,而加入其他离子时无此现象,从而实现了5b对F^-,Ac^-和H2PO4-的裸眼检测.通过改变含水量,发现5b在20%的含水体系中能对Ac^-有很好的专一选择性识别作用.利用1HNMR滴定实验进一步证实受体分子5b通过氢键作用形成主客体配合物.
Two new kinds of N-aryl-N′-(2-ethanoylhydroxybenzoyl)thiourea receptors have been designed and synthesized.The anion recognition properties for the sensors using anions such as F^-,Cl^-,Br^-,I^-,Ac-,H2PO^-4,HSO-4 and ClO^-4 in DMSO and DMSO/H2O solvents are evaluated by UV-Vis.A clear color change in 5b is observed from colorless to light yellow upon addition of F^-,Ac^-and H2PO-4.At the same time,it can be efficiently selective to Ac^-in VH2O∶VDMSO=20∶80.The 1HNMR titrations confirm hydrogen bonding interactions between the sensor of 5b and anions.
