根据牛顿环的对称性特点,提出一种牛顿环参数自动检测方法。首先对采集到的牛顿环干涉条纹进行对比度增强处理,提高条纹对比度;根据牛顿环的对称性,使用互相关方法确定牛顿环中心;计算通过牛顿环中心直径上的灰度极小值位置,确定各级暗环的直径,计算出牛顿环的参数。使用本方法对曲率半径为855.1mm的平凸透镜进行了实验验证,选取沿水平方向及45°方向进行计算,沿水平方向和45°方向得到平凸透镜的曲率半径分别为851.9、861.9 mm,相对误差为0.37%、0.80%。
We demonstrate a method for automatic measurement of the parameters of Newton 's ring based on its symmetry. First,the image of Newton 's ring is processed to improve its contrast. The center of Newton 's ring is determined by using the cross-correlation method. We extract the positions of the minimum values on the line cross the center of Newton's ring,and calculate the diameters of the dark rings. And then the parameters of Newton's ring are obtained. The proposed method is experimentally verified using a convexo-plane lens with a curvature radius of 855. 1mm. The curvature radiuses calculated along the horizontal direction and along the direction inclined at an angle of 45°with the horizontal direction are 851. 9 mm and 861. 9 mm,respectively. The corresponding relative errors are 0. 37%and 0. 80%.
