以高校计算机专业硕士教育为落脚点,突出应用性、创新性、适应性的人才需求属性,借鉴国内外专业硕士培养模式,扬长避短,从实际出发,结合研究生个体的先衍基础积累,建立起一套计算机专业硕士培养的方案体系-“e-Boyer-CIPP”.在整个体系的设计过程中,突出工程化的驱动线索作用,贯穿专业学位硕士研究生过程的有效执行拓扑序列.在坚持人才素养目标牵引和过程体系线索引导的前提下,适当调整学术性素养与专业性技能的平衡,优化实施细节,演化出计算机大学科应用型人才培养的通用性实施方案.
Based on professional degree master education in computer, this paper highlights applica- tion, innovation, and adaptability of the talent demand attributes, adopt the model of professional master's training of abroad and home as reference, use advantages and avoid weakness. We construct e-Boyer-CIPP, a series of training plan architecture for professional masters in computer by combining actual cases with accumulation of the postgraduate individual. The e-Boyer-CIPP underline the role of engineering-driven clues, runs though implementing topological order of masters in computer. It can adjust the balance of aca- demic attainments and professional skills, optimize the details of implementation, develop the general scheme of computer application talent training under the premise of persisting in the aim of talent quality and guidance of the clues of process.
