一种测量微弱光信号的便携式检测装置

为实现对微弱光信号的检测,本论文采用ADμC834为中央处理器、光电倍增管为敏感元件,研制了一种便携式的微弱光信号检测装置。装置采用模块化设计,分为检测腔模块、光路及光电转换模块、电路模块等,光路及光电转换部分密封在暗箱中,能有效避免外界杂散光的干扰。通过控制LED发光强度模拟微弱光信号,对该检测装置的性能进行了评价,结果显示LED发光强度与检测装置输出具有很好的线性关系(r=0.99)。该系统具有小型便携、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强等特点,在微弱光信号现场检测方面具有很好的应用前景。

英文摘要:

A portable measuring device, which was used ADμC834 as CUP and PMT as sensing element, was developed for the weak optical signal. Using a modular design concept, the system was divided into test chamber module, optical and photoelectric conversion module and circuit module. The optical part was sealed in a black box, which could avoid effectively stray light interference from the outside world. Simulating the weak optical signal by controlling the LED light intensity, the properties of the device were evaluated. The results showed a good linear relationship (r = 0. 99) between the output of the device and the working current of the LED in a range of 2-21 mA. Having portability, high sensitivity and strong anti-interference characteristics, the system has a good prospective application in the detection of weak optical signal
