英文摘要：
The paper has clarified the connotation and features of Modern Eco-Agriculture （MEA）,analyzed the main problems existing in the construction of MEA based on field investigation,and put forward some proposals.For example,we should increase investment in the RD as well as in the promotion of modern eco-agricultural science and technology,and readjust the aim of and methods in implementing the ＂sunlight project＂,i.e.from training farmers to qualify them for work other than farming to training farmers to qualify them as agricultural workers.The agricultural professionals should be remunerated equally as the civil servants working in Party and government organizations.What＇s more,agriculture-related disciplines in over 100 agricultural colleges and over 1000 institutions of higher learning haven＇t played their role in constructing modern eco-agriculture and thus need to be changed.
