英文摘要：

Using orthogonal experiment to study the influence of different cencentration of sucrose,6-BA and NAA on the bud and callus growth of Lilium Sulphureum Baker, Wenshan Lily and wild lily in MS solid medium. The result showed that the best medium of bud growth for Lilium sulphureum Baker was MS ＋ O. 5 mg/L 6-BA ＋0.5 mg/L NAA ＋4% sucrose. For Wenshan Lily,the best medium was MS ＋0.5 -1.0 mg/L 6-BA ＋0.5 mg/L NAA ＋3% sucrose,and for wild lily was MS ＋0.5 mg/L 6-BA ＋0. 1 mg/L NAA ＋2% to 3% sucrose.
