以吡啶、苯胺、喹啉和咔唑为目标氮化物,精制柴油为溶剂配制含氮模拟油。选氟硼酸钠为沉淀剂,溴乙烷为烷基化剂,进行脱氮实验的基础研究。考察了反应时间、温度、溴乙烷与氟硼酸钠用量对烷基化反应脱氮率的影响。实验结果表明,在n(C2H5Br)∶n(N)=5∶1,n(NaBF4)∶n(N)=2∶1,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为11h条件下,烷基化法对模拟油中碱性氮化物的脱除率均达到90%以上,咔唑脱除率为15%。
Pyridin pounds in refined e, di aniline, quinoline and carbazole were used as the target nitrogen-containing corn esel oil used as the solvents which was the preparation of model diesel oil. The basic research on denitrogenation experiment chose NaBF4 as precipitating agents and C2H5Br as alky lating agents. Inspect the influence on denitrogenation by reaction time, reaction temperature and the dosage of C2 H5 Br and NaBF4 to confirm the optimal reaction conditions. The result showed that when the ratio is n(C2H5Br) : n(N)=5: 1, n(NaBF4) : n(N)=2 : 1, the temperature is 30℃and the re action bout 9 tim 0% e is 11 h, the alkylation method could remove the basic nitrogen compound from model oil a above, but only 15% for carbazole.
