有序子集算法的提出提高了迭代算法的图像重建速度,但是三维锥束OSEM算法中的子集个数和子集迭代的顺序都会影响图像重建的收敛速度和质量。文中提出了划分子集序列的方法,该方法通过应用距离加权方案改变子集的迭代顺序,使子集均匀分布,来减小相邻子集的相关性对收敛性的影响,并且采用每次迭代后逐渐减少子集个数,提高图像重建收敛速度的同时,恢复重建图像的各种频率元素。实验结果表明改进后的算法的图像重建收敛性优于未改进子集的三维锥束OSEM算法。
Image reconstruction of the iteration algorithm is accelerated by ordered subsets method, but the number of subset and the sequence in which the subsets are applied in 3-D cone-beam OSEM has a great effect on speed of convergence and quality of image reconstruction. A scheme of the access order of the subsets is presented in this paper. It sorts iteration sequence of the subset by application of weighted distance scheme, so that the subsets are distributed and to alleviate the effect of the correlation of consecutive subsets and convergence. The method gradually decreases the number of the subsets after each an iteration, to accelerate convergence and recover various frequency components of the reconstructed image. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm is superior to 3D cone-beam OSEM which unimproved subsets in the convergence of image reconstruction.
