针对楔横轧厚壁空心轴的变形特点,采用DEFORM-3D建立热力耦合数值模型,实现轧制过程的精确模拟,分析了芯棒直径对轧件不圆度及损伤系数的影响。结果表明,轧件不圆度与芯棒直径的变化成正比,轧件的损伤状况与芯棒直径的变化成反比。带芯棒轧制时,轧件在质量上优于无芯棒轧制。轧制实验测量了带芯棒轧制厚壁空心轴的最大轧制力,研究结果为合理选择工艺参数及轧机设计提供了依据。
According to the characteristics of cross wedge rolling for thick-walled hollow shaft, the thermo-mechanical numerical model was established by the finite element software DEFORM-3D. Effects of the diameter of mandrel on non-circularity and damage were analyzed. The results showed that the non-circularity of workpiece was proportional to the diameter of mandrel, and the damage was inversely proportional to the diameter of mandrel. Moreover, the process of rolling with mandrel has advantage in the forming quality over without mandrel. The maximum rolling force was measured during rolling experiments. Research results provided theoretical basis for the optimization of rolling technology and rolling mill design.
