目的:探讨黄芪多糖对顺铂治疗S180荷瘤鼠的增效减毒作用。方法:建立$180荷瘤小鼠模型.BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、顺铂(DDP)组、黄低组、黄低+DDP组、黄高组和黄高+DDP组。造模后第2天开始给药,14d后处死各组小鼠,取血清测谷丙转氨酶含量,取肝脏称重计算肝脏指数,取肿瘤称重计算抑瘤率。结果:黄芪多糖能够抑制荷瘤鼠肿瘤的生长(P〈0.05),与顺铂联合使用具有协同作用(P〈0.01)。与DDP组比较,给药第14天时联合用药组荷瘤鼠的体质量明显增加(P〈0.05)。与DDP组比较,联合用药后黄芪多糖可使荷瘤鼠肝脏指数升高(P〈0.05),谷丙转氨酶含量降低(P〈0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖对顺铂治疗荷瘤小鼠有增效减毒作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) to diamminedichloroplatinum (DDP) treatment on tumor-bearing mice. Method: Mice were subcutaneously implanted with S180 cells in the right axillary region. Then these mice were randomly divided into model group, DDP group, APS low dose group, APS low dose plus DDP group, APS high dose group, and APS high dose plus DDP group. Another ten normal mice were used as normal control. After 24 h, intragastric administration was begun. After fourteen day~ of intragastric administration, liver and tumors were taken out and weighed. Result: The results showed that APS could inhibit the S180 tumor growth(P 〈 0. 05) , the combinations of APS and DDP had the effect of synergies (P 〈 O. 01 ). On the fourteen day, compared with DDP group, the weights of mice in the combination group was higher(P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with DDP group, the toxicity of liver in the combination group was lower(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The results indicated that combined application of APS and DDP had the effects of attenuated synergies.
