科技型小微企业是国家和区域创新发展战略实施的重要基础。考虑到企业家在产学研合作中的主导作用,从社会资本理论视角出发,对广东顺德地区186家科技型小微企业进行调查分析,研究结果表明：（1）企业家社会资本有助于科技型小微企业获得产学合作的机会,并且有助于提升企业的专利产出;（2）产学研合作有助于提高企业专利产出,并且其在企业家社会资本与专利产出之间起着中介作用;（3）合作创新意愿正向调节企业家社会资本与产学研合作之间的关系,即在高合作创新意愿的条件下,企业家社会资本对产学研合作的影响效果更为显著。

英文摘要：

Technology-based small medium enterprises （SMEs） are important for the implementation of national and regional innovation development strategy. Basing on the fact that entrepreneurs play a leading role in the in- dustry-university-research （IUR） cooperation, this study investigated and analyzed the data from 186 technolo- gy-based SMEs in Shunde district of Guangdong province from the perspective of social capital theory. The re- suits demonstrated that entrepreneurial social capitals （ESCs） help technology-based SMEs to get industry-universi- ty-research cooperation opportunities, and then to improve patent outputs. Besides, IUR cooperation helps to im- prove the patent outputs, and mediate the relationship between ESCs and patent outputs. What＇s more, intention to cooperative innovation （ICI） positively moderate the relationship between ESCs and IUR cooperation.
