It has become a key point for the economic and social development to speed up labor force transfer and help minority nationality to increase the source of income in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Based on the particularity of surplus labor force transfer of minority nationality in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,this paper analyzed the underlying reasons and existing problems which influenced the transfer of labor force from four aspects of ideological and ethical standard,individual quality,economy and system,and pointed out the key routes for transferring labor force of minority nationality.
