目的探讨血清脂蛋白、胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化与动脉粥样硬化性疾病的相关性。方法选取2010年6月至2011年6月本院诊治的90例高血压患者为研究对象,同期选取健康体检者32名为对照组,对所有研究对象行颈动脉超声检查及血清脂蛋白、CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP检测,并进行对比分析和Logistic回归分析。结果高血压1、2、3级患者的血清脂蛋白、CysC、Hcy及hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组患者(P〈0.05);随着患者血压的升高,血清脂蛋白、CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP的浓度逐渐升高(P〈0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,血清脂蛋白A、CysC、Hcy、hs-CRP变化水平是心脑血管不良事件发生的独立影响因素。结论血清脂蛋白、CysC、Hcy及hs-CRP含量的增高与动脉粥样硬化性疾病具有密切的关系,并且与患者疾病的严重程度呈正相关。应及早检测相关危险因子,为临床治疗、预防动脉粥样硬化性疾病提供依据。

英文摘要:

Objective To discuss the correlation between serum lipoprotein,CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP levels and atherosclerotic disease.Methods Ninty cases of patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were chosen for the study and 32 cases of healthy examinations in the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were given carotid ultrasonography and serum lipoprotein,CysC,Hcy,hs-CRP were detected to do comparative analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results Levels of serum lipoprotein,CysC,Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with hypertension 1,2and 3were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).The concentration of serum lipoprotein,CysC,Hcy and hs-CRP increased gradually with the increase of blood pressure(P〈0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that serum lipoprotein A,CysC,hsCRP and Hcy levels were the independent factors affecting the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events.Conclusion The increase of serum lipoprotein,CysC,Hcy and hs-CRP are closely related to the atherosclerotic disease,and is positively correlated with the severity of the disease.Related risk factors should be detected as soon as possible and evidence should be provided for clinical treatment and prevention of atherosclerotic diseases.
