目的：探讨急性百草枯中毒的临床表现、急救、早期护理。方法：汇总2003年1月至2010年03月徐州医学院附属医院诊治的25例急性百草枯中毒的临床资料，分析其临床特点、急诊抢救、实施的早期护理干预。结果：死亡13例，死亡率52％。结论：急性百草枯中毒可引起多脏器损害。早期诊断、积极有效的护理干预、恰当的治疗是提高急性百草枯中毒抢救成功率的关键。
英文摘要：
Objective ：To investigate the clinical manifestation, first aid and earlier nursing of patient with acute paraquat poisoning. Methods：According to the clinical data of 25 patients with acute paraquat poisoning between January 2003 and March 2010 in the affiliated hospital of Xu zhou Medical College, it analyzed the clinical characteristics, first aid and Earlier. Results： Of the total number, 13 cases died,with a mortality of 52%. Conclusion： Acute paraquat poisoning can cause multi- ple organ function impairment, the accurate diagnosis as early as possible, earlier nurse and active therapy are the key to increase the survival rate and to improve the prognosis of acute paraquat poisoning.
