以聚乙二醇溶液(PEG-6000)作渗透介质进行干旱胁迫,对披碱草Elymus dahuricus Turcz.和野大麦Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.)Link种子萌发期抗旱性进行研究。结果表明:披碱草和野大麦随着PEG胁迫浓度的增加,平均发芽数均呈下降趋势,开始发芽天数和发芽高峰期均被推迟。两种供试材料发芽率、发芽势、萌发抗旱指数、发芽指数在干旱胁迫下均呈下降趋势,胚根/胚芽的比值随着PEG浓度的增加呈上升趋势。披碱草的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、萌发抗旱指数、发芽指数大于野大麦,披碱草种子萌发期的抗旱性大于野大麦。
The drought resistance of Elymus dahuricus Turcz.and Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.) Link at seed germination period was studied under drought stress using polyethylene glycol(PEG- 6000) for the osmotic media.The results showed that:with the increase of PEG concentration,the germination rate of Elymus dahuricus Turcz.and Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.) Link decreased;the day of germinating and the peak of germination were delayed.With the increase of PEG concentration,the germination rate,germination energy,germination drought index and germination index decreased in the two tested materials,but the radicle/germ ratio presented an upward trend.The relative germination rate,relative germination energy,germination drought index and germination index of Elymus dahuricus Turcz.were greater than that of Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.) Link,so the drought resistance of Elymus dahuricus Turcz.was stronger at seed germination period than Hordeum brevisubulatum(Trin.) Link
