为使电机在不增加体积和电枢绕组极对数前提下低速运行,提出一种新型磁场调制式永磁直线电机(LPMVM)。用气隙比磁导波分析电枢开槽后气隙基波、谐波磁场,推导电机结构条件、速度大小、空载反电势及稳态推力参数关系式。用有限元法得到电机磁场分布,对比分析了基波、谐波磁场,给出了空载反电势、稳态推力曲线。结果分析表明电磁参数与基波、谐波磁场有关,电机可在工频下低速大推力稳定运行,推力波动小,可用于低速直驱系统中。
In order to keep the motor volume and pole pairs of armature unchanged and reduce the motor speed,a novel linear permanent magnet vernier motor( LPMVM) was proposed. The air- gap permeance about slots only on the armature was used to analyze the formulas of the fundamental and harmonic magnetic field,structure parameters,speed,no-load EMF and thrust. By using the finite element method( FEM),the curves of field distribution,compared harmonic results,no- load EMF and thrust were given. The results show that the electromagnetic parameters are related to the fundamental wave and harmonic wave,the force ripple is very small and it can be used in low speed direct drive system.
