In the analog circuit test, scientific data are absent in the fault mode analysis. So a new method is brought forward for the problem in this paper. The Support Vector Machine （SVM） is used to solve the mode-classify. And the SVM Classification is established to identify the analog circuit feature. It is proved by the simulation that the method is efficient to fault mode identify of analog circuit.
