英文摘要：

In this paper, we research the relationship of the Net Barter Terms of Trade （NBTT） and economic growth in China. We find that the NBTT is worse and worse. The NBTI＇ and economic growth have a lasting, stable integrating relationship. The economic growth has Granger effect on NBTT in long and short term, but the NBTT can not affect the economic growth. In summary, the economic growth has a negative effect on NBTT, but the NBTT can not help to promote economy. Therefore, we need to further strengthen macro-control of foreign trade in China.
