生命教育是大学生教育的重要内容，其目的是促进大学生的健康成长与潜能的开发，提升生命的意义。本文从生命教育的教育理念构造、教育课程设计、教育平台建设、教育活动开展、学校与家庭的协作以及教育研究等方面对大学生生命教育的途径进行反思，为促进我国大学生生命教育提供了一定的借鉴。

Life education,as an important part of undergraduate education,is aimed to promote students＇ healthy growth and the development of their potential,and to enhance the meaning of their life.This paper reflects on the approaches to undergraduate life education in terms of educational philosophy construction,education curricula design, education platform construction,educational activities,educational studies and collaboration of the school and the family so as to provide some reference for undergraduate life education in China.
