In the era of knowledge economy, production factors have been undergoing a series of changes, and knowl- edge has gradually become the main production factor. Knowledge generates the ＂first value＂ as an independent produc- tion factor and also creates the ＂secondary value＂ by combining with other factors. This article reveals the ＂secondary value＂ of knowledge through the study of the knowledge attribute and the marginal utility variation of the composite fac- tors, and constructs the integrated enterprise value system, which consists of knowledge value chain, virtual value chain and physical value chain.
