采用溶胶-凝胶法研制La1-xCuxNiO3复合氧化物系列催化剂,考察该系列催化剂对NO和CO的催化转化性能,并借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法研究催化剂的活性与结构的关系.结果表明,所制得的La1-xCuxNiO3复合氧化物催化剂都具有钙钛矿型结构,其中La0.8Cu0.2NiO3复合氧化物的颗粒较小,粒径较为均一,从而催化性能更好,对于NO的还原和CO的氧化都具有良好的催化活性,能使NO和CO的转化率分别高达96.3%和90.5%.
A series of La1-xCuxNiO3 mixed oxides were prepared by the sol-gel method,and the catalytic activity for NO and CO has been studied.The relationship between the catalytic activity and the structure of catalyst was explored by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that La1-xCuxNiO3 complex oxides have perovskite-type structures.La0.8Cu0.2NiO3 has smaller particles and the particle size is more uniform,thus a better catalytic performance for the NO reduction and CO oxidation.The conversion of NO and CO were as high as 96.3% and 90.5% respectively.
