新一代信息技术促动了图书馆管理与服务手段的革新,自主服务成为网络环境下用户获取图书馆资源和信息的重要方式。文章阐述了用户自获取信息服务的内涵,分析当前用户对自获取信息服务的需求。对国内图书馆提供自获取信息服务的现状进行抽样调查,分析总结服务的成效和不足。在此基础上,结合新技术的应用,从资源体系建设、网站平台建设和服务手段创新等方面,提出用户自获取信息服务的优化对策。
The new generation of information technology has started the innovation of means of management and service of libraries, under the network environment, self service is becoming an important way that users obtain resources and information from libraries. This paper expounds the connotation of user self access to information service, and analyses the user's current demand for self access to information services. Through the spot check of current situation of self access to information services in some libraries, it analyzes and summarizes the result and shortcoming of services. Based on this, combined with the application of new information technology, the article puts forward some optimizing measures about user's self access to information service, including resource system construction, website platform construction and service form innovation.
