Psoriasis is a Multi-gene disease, the reason of which is not clear. At present, there have 7 psoriasis predisposing genes locus in OMIM, the PSORS 1 on chromosomes 6p is the hot spot. PSORS 1 （psoriasis susceptibility gene 1） is a major susceptibility locus for psoriasis. Now psoriasis is derided into two type by the reseachers, type I and type . HLA-Cw of PSORS1 is considered to have the strongest relation with psoriasis type I in previous literature reports. Many reports show that HLA-Cw have the strongest relation with han patients with psoriasis in China, but this result has not been proved in Xi Jiang Uighurs.
